Children's Software Online only offers wholesale pricing to companies with a Reseller/Business License, not end users.  If you would like to become a reseller with us, you must complete our Reseller Application.  Next, mail or fax the completed application, along with your Reseller/Business license to us at (866) 774-8025.

After completing the above steps you application will be reviewed.  Pricing will be provided to you upon application approval and is strictly confidential.  There is a $250 order minimum (excluding the shipping cost). UPS or USPS shipping charges will be applied. Recipient is responsible for any additional shipping fees, duties or customs due upon delivery. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. No returns, exchanges only on unopened items within 30 days of purchase date. Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Children's Software Online also reserves the right to deny a potential reseller for any reason or terminate an active reseller, at any time, for any reason, without notification. Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Ordering from Children's Software Online signifies that you acknowledge and understand the above statements.  Furthermore, you agree that in no event shall Children's Software Online be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, punitive, and/or incidental damages related to the products sold.
